Want to live longer – Eat Raw foods

Serious thought should go into selecting food for your daily diet. Diet has a great effect on our health and ageing process. Food can make us healthy, provide vigor and vitality or could make us unhealthy. Lets have a look at some of the benefits of including raw foods in your diet:

Dr. Kristine Nolfi of Denmark proved that it is possible to heal even cancer with raw food diet. She recovered from cancer after treating herself with exclusive raw food diet. She even opened Humlegaarden, a institute where she treated patients suffering from cancer and other diseases with exclusive diet of raw foods.

Dr. Joseph Evers of Germany proved it too that raw foods could heal diseases like multiple sclerosis. He treated thousands of patients with multiple sclerosis with diets primarily containing raw vegetables, raw fruits, raw nuts, raw honey, grain sprouts, uncooked coarse rolled oats and whole meal bread.

    HI I WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT ALL ARE THE FOODS YOU CAN EAT THAT IS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY. LIKE I HEARD PORK IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU AND IF YOU EAT IT THEN YOU HAVE TO COOK IT ALL THE WAY. IS PORK GOOD FOR YOU? I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT FOOD CUZ I HAVE 3 KIDS THAT I HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THEIR HEALTH. WHAT MEAT CAN YOU EAT NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY.
