Home remedies for whitlow

A pus filled abscess or boil on the tip of the finger next to the nail is called as whitlow.

Causes of whitlow:
Virus or bacteria primarily causes whitlow that enters the human body via cut. People who work in water are likely to suffer from this disease more.

Signs and symptoms of whitlow:

  1. Finger around the nail is painful and swells.
  2. A pus blister might develop near nails.
  3. In severe conditions, skin around the nails also gets infected
  4. This condition could lead to fever and sleeplessness

Home remedies for whitlow:
* Make a hole in a lemon fruit and thrust the infected finger inside it for 30 minutes in a day for fast relief.
* Apply a poultice out of rice flour and linseed and apply it on affected finger for quick relief.

    What the hell kind of advice is that?????????? I coat chicken with flour before frying not my finger.
