- Regularly brush and floss your teeth. Brushing and flossing are helpful to remove dirty food particles, bacterial residue and plaque between your teeth. It’s advisable to brush and floss in the morning, after meals and before bed time
- Great care should be taken regarding your mouthwash and toothpaste. An oxygenating mouthwash that can kill bacteria is recommended
- Drink water throughout the day as much as possible. Drinking water is beneficial for keeping your mouth clean. The drier your mouth is, the more the bacteria there are
- Fruit and vegetable juices are good for curing bad breath. Try pineapple and lemon juices after meals, since both of them can remove bacteria
- Chew sun flower seeds, cardamom seeds, mint leaves or cloves after each meal. This can freshen up your breath
- Eating parsley and apple daily will easily purify mouth and reduce bad breath
- Avoid smoking cigarettes, being exposed to secondhand smoke and alcohol as well
- Avoid using excessive mouthwash or toothpaste, for it leads to bad smelling tissue
- Don’t brush with a cleanser which is poisonous and dangerous

- Keep off from a diet high in fats, spicy food or one with coffee

Vinegar: 1 tbs
Honey: 2 tbs
Wine: 2 tbs
Cloves: 1/2 tsp (powdered)

Soda bicarbonate: 3 tbs
Salt: 2 tbs
