Apple cider vinegar is made out of fresh apples and it undergoes a stringent process for final product. It is derived from the fermentation of apple juice. The vinegar contains a lot of vitamins and minerals and used in the preparation of many dishes. It is a liquid with a brownish tinge and is not clear and sparkling. Hippocrates, the father of science used apple cider vinegar around 400 B.C. It is known as the Wonder Drug. Apple cider vinegar contains ingredients that are useful for maintaining good health. In other words, it has a lot health benefits.

How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar?
It is more effective taken in the morning. Mix two tablespoons of it in honey and drink it. It may not taste all that good, but its health benefits compensate this bad taste.
