The beginning of menstruation begins the reproductive stage in a young woman’s life. It generally begins when the girl is 12 years old. This is the time when the young woman can conceive and have a child.

Home Remedies for Menstrual Problems
- One can use parsley – in food items and drink parsley juice.
- Beet, carrot and cucumber juices are good for menstrual problems, particularly for cramps and discomfort.
- Have ginger infusion with honey after every meal for menstrual discomfort and pain.
- One can have sesame seed powder with hot water twice in a day to reduce discomfort.
- Papaya is also good to reduce menstrual pain and discomfort among unmarried girls. It regulates the contractions of uterus and the menstrual flow.
- For excessive bleeding cool a banana flower and consume it with curds.
- Boil 4 gm of coriander seeds in water (1 litre) till it reduces to half the quantity and drink it warm. It reduces the flow.
- Bathe with hot water mixed with plant of Bengal gram. It is helpful in treating painful menstruation.
- Marigold herb is useful in treating pain caused by menstruation.
- Take mango bark juice and mix it with the white of the egg, mucilage and some amount of kernel of the poppy. Otherwise, one can take 10ml of mango bark juice and add 120ml of water and have a teaspoon of it every hour or two.
- Take 90 gm of the bark of Ashoka tree, then boil it in 30 ml of milk as well as in 260 ml of water till the quantity is reduced to 90 gm. Take it in 2 to 3 doses in a day.
- One can take thirteen to twenty-five grams daily. It is beneficial for excessive menstruation.
- One can steep rough chaff ( 15 gm) in about 250ml of water. This infusion is useful for excessive menstruation.
- Hermal herb can be used to treat this condition. Boil 2 tablespoons of the seeds in about half litre of water, until it is decreased by one – third. One should take it in 15-30ml doses.
- Hemp is also beneficial to treat menstruation problems. Boil about five large heads of the hemp in 1 litre of water until it decreases to half a litre. Strain and drink it before going to bed. Have it for about two to three nights.
Women face much problems when they menstruate. It is something they have to bear every month. Home remedies are available to deal with the problem.

Ya It is some of the common problems that every women face. Even i face cramps and irregular periods problem. Cramps are more bad. Since stomach pains a lot like hell. Normally i take pain killers for instant relief or place hot water bag on stomach. Lets see what changes occurs after using your remedies.
