The body must relax in order to grow. A tired body gets depleted of all energy. One needs to relax and get all the rest one can get. A good night sleep can rejuvenate the body functions and restore energy and vitality. Massage can induce relaxation. A relaxed body can develop well. All the muscles are intact and the brain functioning is more geared towards promoting hormonal growth. Naturally, sleep and rest are very essential and massage also helps.
How Sleep and Massage Effects Height?
Sleep – One must get adequate sleep and sleep in the right manner. A restful night relaxes the mind and body. Fatigue can deplete the body of vital nutrients and energy. This affects physical growth and, one may not grow as tall. Sleeping posture also makes a difference. One must lie down on body, which is even and straight. While lying down one must keep one’s legs stretched and try to keep them straight. The body remains relaxed in this posture. We normally sleep in this position when we are very tired or while napping in the afternoon.
One needs to get nine hours sleep. Eight hours at night and an hour in the afternoon. This provides relaxation to the body. Be conscious of stress indicators. If your body continues to feel tired after a good days’ night sleep, then you are over- working yourself. In case, you are having too many dreams, then wake up and have a walk and then sleep again. You will have sound sleep.
Massage – Have a masseur do the job or perhaps a family member can also massage your body. It is good to massage the back. Massage relaxes the spinal chord. It is beneficial to rub with almond oil. Massage helps in improving upon the stoop in your back. In other words, the posture improves. Correct posture means better height.
Massage keeps your body in good shape. You feel good. Positive vibrations are received by the brain about physical well-being of the body. This in turn refreshes the mind. Physical well-being means physical growth. A healthy mind and health body go-together.
Sleep and massage help in increasing height as they promote health. Relaxation improves upon bodily functions and a well-rested body grows well. Physical growth also involves better height.
