I do a 21 day water fast once a year- part of the process of ending the fast is to juice fast before returning to a normal diet.
Do not buy juice from concentrate. Ideally, you should have a juicer (you can buy them for relatively cheap if you aren’t looking to spend a lot of money) and use only FRESH juice.
If that is out of the question for you, try going to a local health foods store (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, etc) and asking if they carry fresh juices.

I recently bought the Lexen manual juicer – $45.00 – it does just as good a job as very expensive auger juicers. It’s very satisfying to produce your own cold-pressed juice by hand. Although described as a wheatgrass juicer, I bought it for fruit & vegetable juicing. It’s great for carrots – and the ejected pulp is perfect for muffins! I mention this because I’m about to do a water fast (my first) to address some cardiovascular problems. The juicing will help before and after the fast. Physician, heal thyself! Good luck to you all.
