Heart disease can lead to death of an individual. The heart supplies blood to the all the parts of the body. Through the blood flow, oxygen and various nutrients are supplied to various organs of the body. Any disruption of this flows leads to failure in the functioning of various organs.

Heart is the central organ of our body. The moment it ceases to function, we die. It is an important muscle of the body. Stress, bad food habits, modern living styles apply pressure on the functioning of the heart and causes several heart diseases, that can prove to be fatal.

What effects does heart disease have on the body?

Exercise, balanced diet and lifestyles, which are less stressful, can, prevent heart disease.

    I need help, I always have bad condition at my work place so i think I might be faced with Heart disease, because basically i sometimes loose weight so badly whereas on the other side i gain a little.

    So i just need you advice concerning this.
