Honey is no doubt a type of sugar. Unlike other dietary sweeteners which contain carbohydrates, honey contains minerals as well as vitamins. on the above ration 1:2 for honey and cinnamon what is it exactly 1prt honey and 2prt cinnamon or 1prt cinnamon and 2prt honey? I would like to try it as a loose weight remedy.

please im from Ghana and to get cinnamon is not commom can i take honey mixed with warm water and still loose weight. thank u

1. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a cup of hot water. (Some people like to use the cinnamon sticks instead)
2. Stir this mixture and then leave to cool for 30 mins.
3. Once cool, add 2 teaspoons of raw honey to the cup.( Do not add the honey to hot water as it apparently takes out the goodness)
4. Stir mixture.
Drink one cup of this drink in the morning on an empty stomach 30 mins before breakfast. Then drink 1 cup of this last thing before you go to bed.
Some people just like to drink the honey in water without the cinnamon.
