Piles, also known as enlarged hemorrhoid happen to be painful veins in one’s rectum. The veins found in the anus or lower rectum happened to be swollen or inflamed. Piles occur due to tremendous pressure of external as well as internal veins. Found around the anal canal. Piles are both external as well as internal. Internal hemorrhoids, only if they are very severe can be seen or rather felt. External hemorrhoids are noticeable around the anus. Home Remedies for Piles
Below are some of the primary home remedies for piles:
- Take about 1 tablespoonful of black cumin seeds, roast it and mix it with about 1 tablespoonful of unroasted black cumin seeds as well as powder put together. Take 1/2 teaspoonful with one glass of water about once in a day.
- Radish juice can be taken in the morning as well as night. Take about 1/4th of a cup and increase it to about 1/2 cup slowly over month.
- Wash about 3-4 figs. Soak them in a glass over night. Have them initially in the morning. Again repeat this in the morning hours.
- Extract the juice of the turnip leaves and mix it with same amount of juices from spinach, watercress as well as carrots. It is beneficial in treating piles.
- Mango seeds – Take about one and half to about two grams of dried as well as powdered mango seeds which need to consumed twice in a day with or perhaps without honey. This is an effective remedy for piles which are bleeding.
- Banana – Take a ripe banana that is boiled in a cup of milk which should be taken 3 to 4 times in a day as it is good remedy for piles.
- Onion – Take about 30 grams of finely grounded onion and add about 60 grams of sugar. This provides much relief.
- Bitter gourd – The roots can be made into paste and them applied on the piles. The leaves need to be grounded and one must consume it with some buttermilk every morning in order treat the piles.
- Ginger – Take half a teaspoonful of fresh ginger juice and mix it with one teaspoonful of some fresh lime juice, honey and mint juice. This is an effective medicine for piles.
- Rice glass to be taken with a glass of buttermilk as well as a ripe banana which is extremely soothing for the one’s digestive system.
- Sesame seeds – This needs to be grounded to a paste and given along with some butter.
- Wheat Grass – This can be used as an enema to detoxify the wall portion of the rectum for curing the enema. The enema must be done also using lukewarm water.
- Combine some bland oil with myroblan’s fruit and then apply it on anus.
Piles are very uncomfortable and much bleeding is there. These can be treated with home remedies but consult your doctor to know the severity of the condition. You might need an operation.
