The paraffin wax is melted at certain temperature. Then the aching part is dipped into the melted wax for a coat of the wax. As one slowly removes the body part from the wax, the wax cools down slowly and gives a soothing effect. Then once the wax dries then dip the part again for further relief.
Then, one must cover the coated area with a towel to trap the heat from the paraffin. This heat provides much relief to arthritic pains in the joints. Later, remove the wax peel and discard it. Do not place it in the bath or paraffin wax.
