I stopped getting pimples as soon as I quit COFFEE!! I miss my morning friend a lot but it keeps my face looking healthy. Also I’ve been taking brewers yeast and it helped a lot too

Well i have a very good tip put yohurt, bannana , oat meal and apple all mashed up it might be an old trick but it is fantastic i used it and a week later my face was as clear as a babys face itwas amazing so just put it on ur face leave it for 10-15 mins and ur face will start to improve

Can guys like me that have long hair irritate the skin and cause more pimples to breakout?

Besides drinking water and eating healthy.. Wash your face in the morning and then dab with a cotton ball an oil fighting astringent (I use Clean and Clear but there are many good brands.) Every 2 hours or so wipe your face down with oil blotting sheets. DRINK WATER lol. Around dinner time you can wash your face again if it is very oily. Then before you go to sleep wash your face again with clean and clear foaming facial cleanser. Then put a clean and clear cream on your pimples before you go to sleep. Do this everyday while drinking water and your pimples will go away. I hope it helps!!

Listen the truth is you MUST drink TONS of WATER. No matter what honey masks or creams you use it will not work its best unless you drink water. Good luck to all for beautiful healthy skin!

you have no idea how long I looked around for pimple cures! i have very oily skin :S and lots of pimples! its true that chocolat gives you pimples, ive tried. I stayed 3 or 4 weeks without chocolate, and poof! all the pimples were gone! BUT WHO COULD STOP EATING CHOCOLAT?? lol, nyway, thanx for the tips!!
