Few tips for weight loss:
- Start yourself by eating only that which is sufficient. Eat less and but eat more often.
- Always remember to take food in time. Always eat balanced food.
- Always avoid high calorie food and drinks that can bulk you up.
- Judge your food yourself. Avoid all those creamy and fatty foods. Trust on pure and fresh vegetables and fruits.
- Exercise every day for weight loss. Indulge yourself in cardiovascular exercises. You can also start running, cycling or swimming for fast weight loss.
- It is better if you can enroll yourself in health clubs or gyms for a disciplined weight loss. You will always be motivated plus you will exercise safely and effectively under a trainer. Enjoy fast weight loss.
- Take all those foods rich in vitamins, minerals and protein. Avoid fats of all forms. Take juices of fresh fruits.
- If you have some spare time keep yourself busy by indulging in some extra activities like hobbies. Take gardening, cutting grass or contribute in cleaning your home.

Have a plan of action and keep yourself motivated always. Make a realistic goal and cover it with strict discipline.

I find the best way to diet is to plan the food to eat at least the day before leaving the decision when I eat it to each day. Adjust the quantity to either lose or maintain weight.
Exercise is really important. However once or twice a week do some really hard physical work on very little food.
Select only healthy food,and concentrate on food that can be eaten raw. So plenty of fresh fruit. Try to eliminate sugar and carbohydrate.

I take a vitamin called Biotin which helps strengthen your nails and helps your hair grow. I’ve had good luck with it. I’ve been taking 2 a day for a couple of years now. One thing though, before taking anything like this, please talk to your doctor first.
