Sweat is 99% water. Rest 1% contains vitamin C, lactic acid, uric acid, ammonia and salt. Drugs, which we might be taking, could also be released by perspiration. Body generally stores tiny amount of toxins in fatty tissues, which is believed to be released via sweat.
Next time when you perspire think of how much of your body wastes is being released. And yes, keep using your deodorants. Happy sweating!

how can I control sweating nose? I am constantly sweating.

every night before sleeping steam your face and then pat dry with tissue. use a mild cleansing lotion to clean your pores and apply besan ( Gram flour) throughnight on your nose. Wash it in morning and rub ice cube on nose daily and dont apply cream on nose portion (except for dry ones) you will feel the change
