Climbing stairs is good for health and yes it is 100% true. Exercise is good for health and it is widely known. What we don’t know is that it doesn’t take a lot of exercise to benefit out of it. Simple daily activities like walking, gardening are also a form of exercise. In the same way taking stairs while climbing up is one of the best forms of exercise, which could be done without schedule.
Elevators and escalators these days have made climbing via stairs a thing of the past. Indeed climbing stairs is a tough task. However, one could give it a try for the rewords it would fetch for body as a whole. Do this if your health is normal or you are not suffering from any disability.
Climbing stairs twice daily for a floor could burn 6 pounds weight in a year. Now, that is not a bad gain for the little effort you would put. Climbing stairs have fewer side effects and has many other health benefits then only weight control. So, lets pledge that from today we would take stairs, even if it were for a floor.
