  • Mix about 1 teaspoonful of cumin seeds in a glass of water and have it.
  • Take about 1 to 3 grams of the pulp of belleric myrobalan fruit.
  • Have fresh coriander leaves’ juice with a bit of salt.
  • One can have some ajwain with little bit of rock salt.
  • One can have 1 or 2 teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed in some fresh buttermilk.
  • Ground cardamom seeds with some ginger along with salt can be had 5 to 10 minutes before meals as it stimulates digestion.
  • Cloves are also good for digestion.
  • Peppermint is also very helpful.
  • Increase water intake.
  • Avoid large meals.
